Director of Engineering, Customer Experience

We're seeking a Director of Engineering, Customer Experience to lead a 40+ people organization focused on elevating user experience across our Consumer FX products, B2B applications, and property space. The role involves building a consumer-centric culture, raising the technical bar, shipping value, and developing talent.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a similar capacity as a Director of Engineering (or equivalent)
• Team building: A strong track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Experience in building Consumer-facing products
• Technical excellence: A deep technical background in modern software architecture
• Outcomes Over Outputs: Experience driving cultural change and rapidly improving quality and delivery standards
• Global FinTech/Tech Experience: Previous experience operating within a financial or technology company with a global footprint
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
