IT Business Analyst II (Onsite)

Redwood Credit Union is seeking an IT Business Analyst II to play a key role in technology projects, working closely with business stakeholders and internal IT team to deliver technology and achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gain understanding and elicit business requirements for project scope.
• Use NPS and other sources of Member feedback to develop user requirements for public-facing systems.
• Analyze requirements and develop success criteria and KPIs for technical and process solutions.
