Under the direction of the Manager, IT Business Services, the IT Business Services Analyst II primary responsibility is to provide operational, product and technology support for the assigned business units and systems.
Requirements
- Leads and directs projects for assigned business units
- Maintains an understanding of system capabilities and their application to the specific needs of our business
- Remains current with system enhancements and new products and how they apply to our business
- Maintains agreed service level agreements with the business and vendors
- Recommend changes to products and processes to improve the manner in which we conduct business
- Develop and administers application training programs
- Creates and fosters collaborative relationships within the IT team
- Provides technical support to evaluate problems and provide technical solutions
- Maintains a working knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications, including emerging technologies
