High school diploma or GED, 3 months of related experience or training, 21 years of age

High school diploma or GED, 3 years’ experience in high-volume line cooking, Food Handler’s Card, and gaming license (optional)

High school diploma, some EVS experience, ability to use necessary tools and equipment, and ability to follow safety guidelines

1 year of high-volume line cooking or production cooking experience. Vocational/Technical/Business certification preferred

Leadership and supervisory experience, marketing and operational excellence, and budgeting and forecasting

Tribal Community membership, customer service skills, and ability to respond to emergencies

1-2 years of experience in a hotel or customer service-related field, bachelor's degree in a related industry, and strong customer service, problem solving, and communication skills

Culinary Arts Associate's degree, 4+ years of experience as Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine, 7+ years of supervisory experience

3 months of related experience and/or training, must be able to read, write and communicate in English, perform simple math operations, and provide friendly service

High school diploma or GED, 5 years of experience in high-volume line cooking, advance knowledge of food preparation and presentation
