Job Description
The Cook I prepares food/menu items for guest consumption under the direction of the Sous Chef. Maintains all food, equipment, and kitchens to be in compliance with health codes and casino standards. Maintains a positive and team-oriented attitude toward guests and fellow team members.
Requirements
- Maintains designated workstation ensuring consistency in recipes, quality, and appearance
- Possesses adequate knowledge of basic food products and standard food production equipment
- Maintains understanding of the food rotation method "FIFO"
