IT Specialist III

Redwood Credit Union is looking for an IT Specialist III to ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of computing systems within the organization. The specialist will provide advanced computer and network operations support, provide second-tier support of desktop and network equipment, and maintain documented network, computer, storage, and systems diagrams and integration cross-references.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and follow department operations for Server and virtualized systems, network, storage, backup, and phone environments
• Perform log and system management reviews as well as operations and administration on all systems
• Provide advanced technical support and administration to server and virtualized systems, network, storage, backup, and phone environments
• Diagnose, repair, and create documented process for assigned technology issue resolution
• Research, recommend, install, update, maintain, and retire new hardware and software solutions
• Maintain full operability of server and virtualized systems, network, storage, backup, and phone environments
• Respond to and document requests for technology assistance via phone, verbal, or e-mail request
• Uphold department service standards and organizational values
