Job Description
Direct Support Professional 2 Caregiver - La Puente: Provide quality of life support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promote health, safety, and well-being, and advocate for clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of professional or personal experience in caregiving (preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors)
- Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- California Driver's License
- Pass a background check
