Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional plays a vital and compassionate role in empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders to achieve fulfilling lives. The position is dedicated to ensuring each individual’s health, safety, and overall well-being, while fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must obtain and maintain active First Aid and CPR certification
• Must obtain crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training when scheduled
