Job Description
Changing Lives Shaping The Future. Assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, providing care and support with daily routines, meals, and activities.
Requirements
- Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' as written in Individual Instruction and Support Plan (IISP)
- Assist clients with bathroom needs
- Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up
- Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans or personal Vehicle from/to their home/facility (if necessary)
- Must Attend all trainings offered and required by the agency
- Take part in the Development and Implementation of the (IISP)
- Provide Person Center Base Support and Supervision of Participants
