Job Description
Direct Support Professional assisting adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, including dietary, hygiene, grooming, and dressing needs. Redirects behaviors with various activities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Washington State Identification
- Minimum Experience: Personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors strongly preferred.
- Minimum Driving Experience: Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and be able to provide current insurance.
- The Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
