Job Description
Direct Support Professional supports individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting their health, safety and well-being. Our Direct Support Professionals proudly serve as an advocate to improve the overall quality of life for our clients.
Requirements
- Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 2 years of hire)
- First Aid / CPR and CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention (Preferred or willing to obtain)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a California Driver’s License
- Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
