Maintenance Specialist

We are hiring a Maintenance Specialist to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. The role involves performing maintenance tasks such as painting, minor electrical, plumbing, and odd jobs. The ideal candidate has experience in electrical and carpentry, plumbing, painting, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Conducting all functions necessary to complete requested home repairs
• Accurate and thorough completion of maintenance service order records
• Maintain property/properties curb appeal at all times
• Assist with make-ready duties such as trash outs, repairs, painting, etc.
• Communicate needs for parts and supplies to Supervisor
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Ability to transfer all appliances and equipment from storage to property/properties
• Astute ability to properly prioritize between urgent and routine matters
• Implement Preventative Maintenance measures
• Survey properties and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
• Participates in a rotating call schedule for after-hour emergencies and perform effective repairs as required
• Other relevant duties as assigned
