Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of premises by performing maintenance tasks, such as painting, minor electrical, plumbing, and odd jobs, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- 2 Years Experience (Preferred)
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a California Driver’s License
