Maintenance Specialist-San Gabriel

The Maintenance Specialist will undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises, performing maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, minor electrical, plumbing, and numerous odd jobs necessary. The Maintenance Technician must have experience in electrical and carpentry, plumbing, painting and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• 2 Years Experience (Preferred)
• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a California Driver’s License
• Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check
