Staffing & Development Program Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Supported Living Services division. This position is responsible for enhancing staff scheduling, development, training, and branch operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience working with DDCS/RCS, policies and procedures and working with IDD clients
- Two years specialized training emphasizing Social Services
- Three years’ experience working within a business, social services, or educational setting
- Fingerprint and criminal clearance
- WA Driver License and WA Auto Insurance
- NAR certification within 90 days of hire
- First Aid/CPR certification within 120 days of employment
- Blood Borne Pathogen certification within 120 days of employment
- CPI Blue Card
