Sales & Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

The REEL GmbH is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager (m/w/d) to develop new business fields, markets, and customer relationships, with a focus on defense and nuclear technology. The successful candidate will be involved in the further development of the company, identifying new areas of application for innovative products, promoting strategic growth, and building customer and partner relationships.

Requirements

• Completed degree in technology, engineering, or economics, or technical education
• Several years of experience in Business Development and Sales of complex industrial plants
• Professional experience in Business Development, ideally in the defense industry
• Knowledge of nuclear technology
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and excellent negotiation skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking, technical management knowledge
• High social competence, intercultural sensitivity, and communication skills
• High degree of self-initiative, flexibility, creativity, endurance, and team ability
• Very good German and English skills, safe handling of Microsoft Office products
• Travel readiness in and out of the country
