Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
• 8 years of experience in industrial plant projects, project execution, contract management, and cost/term planning
• High conflict competence and secure assertive appearance
• Excellent leadership skills and negotiation skills
• German and English language skills
• Ability to travel internationally
