Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role within a SaaS or platform environment
- Confidence operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong data and AI affinity, leveraging analytics and automation to make scalable, measurable decisions
- Solid grasp of Customer Success models, lifecycle communication, and product-led growth mechanics
- Fluent communication in German and English, additional European languages a plus
