Job Description
The RN will be a professional nurse leader responsible for assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care on a medical-surgical unit. This role involves managing supplies and equipment, supervising personnel, and promoting team collaboration with physicians and other departments. The position requires a Registered Nurse currently licensed and qualified for BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and/or NRP.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in nursing practice.
- Leadership and management abilities and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS, TNCC, NRP & STABLE must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
