Job Description
The Rural Health Clinic Director of Nursing, RN will supervise all LVNs, Nurse Aides, and Medical Assistant personnel, developing and maintaining nursing service objectives, standards of care, and policies. The role involves leading nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with the Medical Staff and other departments.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Texas
- BCLS required
- Five years of professional nursing experience
- CPR certification and ACLS
