As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-related matters.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, provide information about insurance policies, assist with policy changes and renewals, and investigate and resolve customer issues.
You will have the opportunity to establish customer relationships, use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, and work in a team environment.
