As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-related matters.
Establish customer relationships, respond to customer inquiries, provide information about insurance policies, assist with policy changes, investigate and resolve customer issues, and educate customers about insurance options.
Interest in marketing products and services, excellent communication skills, people-oriented, detail oriented, proactive problem-solving, ability to learn computer functions, and ability to work in a team environment.
