- Proven track record (3-5+ years) in B2B SaaS Account Executive roles, with consistent and demonstrable overachievement of sales quotas.
- Extensive experience managing complex sales cycles (e.g., 3-6+ months) and effectively engaging multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
- Exceptional discovery, consultative selling, and value articulation skills, with a focus on quantifying Return on Investment (ROI) for prospects.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and the ability to translate complex software features into clear, tangible business benefits for diverse audiences.
