Business Development Manager role to drive national growth of BioChem's industrial cleaning and solvent replacement solutions, focusing on industrial and commercial customers across the region, excluding direct refinery operations.
Requirements
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new industrial customers across a defined national territory
- Lead on-site product demonstrations and performance trials that convert prospects into customers
- Replace incumbent chemical programs by clearly articulating measurable value
- Develop and execute structured national account plans
- Maintain and grow named accounts through problem solving and upselling
- Execute within an established sales process and CRM structure
- Work closely with BioChem leadership and RTI technical support, including engineering and chemistry resources
- Supervise tasks independently
