Job Description
This part-time Operations Consultant role focuses on enhancing Turnaround Ops fundamentals for Turnaround Ops improvement journey of clients. The consultant will provide technical consulting, deliver workshops, and work with clients on turnaround operations, including process improvement and TA bookends. They will also assist in client development and internal tools creation.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in TA Operations
- 20+ years of experience in (or deep exposure to) TA Operations
- Innovativeness and ability to drive improvements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- High degree of self-initiative and process-oriented thinking
- Willingness to adjust and adapt
