Job Description
CruzAlta is seeking a Part-Time Turnaround Management Consultant to deliver consulting services and strengthen the company’s consulting division. This role involves developing strategies, refining processes, and representing CruzAlta's core values in various settings. It will focus on TA (Turnaround and Plant Operations) and assisting in leadership development.
Requirements
- Acceptable Experience and Training
- BS degree preferred (engineering, finance, statistics, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 20+ years of results-oriented work experience in business management, plant operations, and leadership
- 10 years client-employed plant experience preferred
