We're looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close for G&A and GTM roles. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across Finance, People, Legal, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to build the teams that scale our business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on G&A and/or GTM roles at high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates for functions like Finance, People, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and BD
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and improve recruiting performance
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the nuances of different business functions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
