Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter: Research

We're looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close for exceptional Researchers. You'll partner directly with our leaders, build world-class teams around the models we're training, and play a critical role in scaling our technical organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with deep specialization in AI/ML research recruiting
• Experience recruiting at, or for frontier AI labs
• Deep understanding of AI research landscape, academic career paths, and what motivates research talent
• Comfortable evaluating research profiles, publications, and academic credentials
• Experience engaging with academic institutions, research labs, and scientific communities
