Job Description
Reformation is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join their Vernon, CA office. They are a sustainable fashion brand committed to circularity, carbon neutrality, and inclusivity. The role involves preparing journal entries, month-end close, analyzing costs, and ensuring accurate inventory accounting and reconciliation. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience within an e-commerce, retail or CPG environment
- Bachelor’s / Four (4) year degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
- 2 years of large-scale ERP experience Netsuite experience a plus
- Expert Excel proficiency and ability to work with large data sets
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
