Maintenance Supervisor, 2nd shift

Refresco is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance functions, ensure proper preventive maintenance, and minimize equipment downtime. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing facility and a strong background in leadership, quality, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, and Power Point
• Proven Leadership experience in a Production environment
• Strong team player who can work across multiple functions
