Plant Training Coordinator

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Plant Training Coordinator to oversee training in Operations, Quality, and technical roles. The coordinator will ensure new employees complete induction requirements and current employees complete cross-training and process change training. The role will work closely with supervisors and managers to maintain accurate training materials and align the plant's training plan with Refresco NA's.

Requirements

• Experience in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point, experience with Alchemy and/or other training system a plus
• Demonstrated training experience in a production environment combined with strong project management skills
