Job Description
The Technical Account Manager will help Regal's customers fully realize the value of the platform by acting as a strategic advisor and guiding them through best practices, advanced product capabilities, and technical problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts
- Experience supporting SaaS products, preferably in B2C, MarTech, AI, or data-driven platforms
