Job Description
Thomson Power Systems is hiring a Channel Sales Manager to grow strategic markets, drive sales excellence and strengthen the company's distribution channel partners. This is an exciting time to join the team and help shape the future of the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing channel partners (distributors/dealers) in a manufacturing environment
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the Emergency Power sector or electrical/mechanical products
- Proven success in building and scaling partner networks, achieving growth that exceeds market expectations
