Thomson Power Systems is hiring a Channel Sales Manager to grow strategic markets, drive sales excellence, and strengthen the company’s distribution channel partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing channel partners (distributors/dealers) in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the Emergency Power sector or electrical/mechanical products.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner networks, achieving growth that exceeds market expectations.
- Strong understanding of channel partner strategies, market dynamics, and go-to-market models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships at multiple organizational levels.
- Data-driven decision maker with the ability to analyze trends and turn insights into action.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Ability to travel 50–70%; proximity to a major airport preferred.
