Compensation Analyst Senior

Assist in evolving and leading Regal Rexnord’s Regional compensation strategy, processes, and programs. Collaborate with HR colleagues to understand their challenges related to compensation programs and key issues in attracting, motivating, and retaining high-quality, diverse talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of Regional Compensation experience; preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with Workday, Compensation Policies, Map Valuations, Mercer (Regional Consulting Firm), and Fidelity highly preferred
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Proven ability to be hands on, roll up sleeves, and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, results-orientation
