Senior Compensation Analyst

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will contribute to Sunoco's compensation philosophy and strategy, supporting compensation programs and processes across a global enterprise. You will work closely with leaders and colleagues across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean, analyzing market data and compensation trends to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with company strategy.

Requirements

• Support compensation programs including base salary administration, incentive plans, market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
• Support annual compensation cycles through analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, governance, and communications.
• Lead and support compensation projects and transformation initiatives in partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRIS, and business leaders.
• Support Sunoco's Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) while partnering closely with Energy Transfer and plan participants.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the organization's global job architecture and leveling framework.
• Analyze market data and compensation trends to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with company strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, controls, and overall effectiveness of the compensation function.
