Job Description
Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership. The company is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support its compensation philosophy and strategy for over 6,000 employees across 32 countries.
Requirements
- Support compensation programs including base salary administration, incentive plans, market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
- Support annual compensation cycles through analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, governance, and communications.
- Lead and support compensation projects and transformation initiatives in partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRIS, and business leaders.
- Support Sunoco’s Long-Term Incentive Program (LTIP) while partnering closely with Energy Transfer and plan participants.
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the organization’s global job architecture and leveling framework.
- Analyze market data and compensation trends to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with company strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, controls, and overall effectiveness of the compensation function.
