• Create work job descriptions for existing and incoming equipment and process
• Create and implement manufacturing and quality control processes
• Communicate company goals, objectives, and philosophies to the workforce
• Perform detailed root cause analysis with practical problem-solving skills and implements corrective actions
• Supports product and manufacturing transfers and restructuring projects
• Supports Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Kaizen events to improve efficiency
• Develops and presents technical trainings (internal and external) as needed
• Follow Regal Rexnord Ethics and Safety Programs
