- Create and implement manufacturing and quality control processes
- Communicate company goals, objectives, and philosophies to the workforce
- Perform detailed root cause analysis with practical problem-solving skills and implements corrective actions
- Supports product and manufacturing transfers and restructuring projects
- Supports Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Kaizen events to improve efficiency
- Develops and presents technical trainings (internal and external) as needed
- Follow Regal Rexnord Ethics and Safety Programs
