Director of Product Management role responsible for managing product life cycles, product development, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on strategic planning, product definition, and market requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in related Engineering field
- 5+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product management, and/or sales
- Proven people leadership competencies and direct people management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to lead through influence without direct supervisory authority
- Drives execution and is results and action oriented
- Significant product management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with existing and prospective customers
- Comfortable in making difficult decisions
- Strong ability to network effectively internally and externally
