Job Description
The Finance Director, IPS China, is responsible for providing finance leadership for the Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment in China. The role involves providing strategic oversight, direction to the local finance team, and overseeing financial analysis and decision support.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in manufacturing
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Plant finance and corporate oversight experience required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or ACCA preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Spreadsheets, Word and PPT
