Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks in China.
- Experience in strategic financial planning, analysis, and execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in leading teams.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
