Job Description
Manage Regal Rexnord's global intellectual property docket and portfolio, provide guidance on patents, trademarks, and domain names, and engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Manage the global intellectual property (IP) portfolio
- Maintain and monitor patent and trademark dockets
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and foreign associates
- Prepare regular reports on the status of the patent and trademark portfolio
- Assist in reviewing IP agreements
- Collaborate with outside counsel and oversee budgets for IP-related activities
