The Manufacturing Engineer will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Requirements
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Design and implement new manufacturing systems and processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the training of less-experienced personnel by leading and training teams in lean manufacturing.
- Design assembly processes (time studies, line balancing, material handling devices, material delivery systems).
- Coordinate maintenance personnel in support of equipment and facility requirements.
- Maintain constant communication with product engineering and timely implement any processes changes.
