Job Description
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to support the Morehead, KY facility, responsible for developing, enhancing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, machining, or process development.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations (turning, milling, grinding, assembly etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CNC programs, and GD&T.
- Skilled in troubleshooting tooling, fixtures, and machining conditions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Access, etc.
- Familiarity with lean concepts in such as standardized work, structured problem solving, and waste reduction.
