Job Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer plays a critical role in designing, optimizing, and sustaining efficient manufacturing systems within a DC motor and air-moving assembly environment. Guided by Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost principles, this role applies Lean Manufacturing, 80/20, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production efficiency, reduce scrap, and support new product introductions.
Requirements
- Improve work methods and line balance
- Design production lines to meet demand requirements
- Responsible for coordinating the administration and maintenance of the Scrap documentation of the plant
- Support to Customer Service through visits to their sites
