Product Manager responsible for strategic planning, product development, and go-to-market execution for Regal Rexnord's product platforms. Key responsibilities include market analysis, product roadmapping, pricing, and demand shaping. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with 80/20 complexity reduction and simplification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business/marketing, MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, Business Development or related experience
• Demonstrated strategic decision-making skills regarding pricing, customer problems, SIOP forecast/inventory, make-buy decisions, and similar business-related concerns
