Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads the daily manufacturing operations in a complex machining manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, volume, and cost goals are met.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience in Manufacturing
• Supervisory experience in a Machining and Fabrication environment with high mix preferred
• Ability to efficiently manage tasks and deadlines to ensure productivity and meet goals
• High level of computer proficiency in creating reports and employing advanced software skills for data visualization
• Strong abilities in building, leading, and fostering teamwork
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple priorities and goals
• Self-motivated initiative to identify and pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth
• Data-Informed Decision-Making to utilize data-driven approaches to decision-making
