Job Description
The Senior Manager of Real Estate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Regal Rexnord's global real estate portfolio, developing and executing short- and long-term real estate strategies, and negotiating leases and sales of industrial properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or Construction
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Financial analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
