Sr. Manager Engineering, North America Applications and Systems

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sr. Manager Engineering, North America Applications and Systems to manage the Motion Control Systems division Applications Engineering and Systems engineering team in North America. The role entails a combination of driving changes consistent with the Policy Deployment and strategic plan and daily management of supporting the application needs of key customer accounts.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from inspectors, managers, suppliers, and groups of engineers.
• Understanding of motion control theory.
• Understanding of various fieldbus protocols
• Experience with multi-meters, oscilloscopes, schematics
• Experienced with reading schematics and wiring, shielding and grounding practices.
