Job Description
The Senior Engineering Manager - Busbar is a critical role that is responsible for all engineering-related activities in support of growing the Busbar global line of business in North America.
Requirements
- HND or degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of product experience
- Deep technical subject matter expertise in power distribution and Busbar products
- Managerial skills are necessary to plan, measure, and motivate people to continuously improve their output and personal growth
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build diverse relationships internally and externally
