Job Description
The Vice President, Treasury will lead and enhance all day-to-day treasury operations for the organization, developing short- and long-term strategies and prioritizing and executing multiple treasury and cash management initiatives. The Treasurer will partner directly with the Chief Financial Officer and lead a team of financial professionals within the Treasury department.
Requirements
- Develop, implement and communicate cash management policies and procedures
- Lead corporate cash-flow analysis and forecasting
- Execute the investment strategy consistent within the approved parameters and regulatory guidelines
- Enhance controls and efficiencies of treasury/cash management
- Manage hedging program for foreign exchange, commodities and interest rates
- Lead and inspire the Treasury team to optimal performance
